Call-out usually $100–$150 (check with us for your location). Up to 30 minutes on site, and we tell you what's wrong and what it costs to fix before we touch anything.
We fix it — or we tell you not to.
Most faults are a part, a regas or a clean. If a repair isn't worth it, we say so, and the call-out is included in the price of a new system from us.

Do you repair air conditioners or just replace them?
We repair first. If it can be fixed economically, we fix it. If not, we say so — and the call-out fee is included in the price of a new system from us.
How much is a call-out?
Check with us on the call out fee for your location; it is usually $100–$150. It is included in the price if you go ahead with the repair or a new system.
Can you come today?
Yes, we can often come the same day if you call early enough, especially in the shoulder seasons. In a December heatwave it is usually two to four days — call and we will tell you straight.
Which brands do you install?
Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Samsung, Panasonic, Actron and the other major brands. We will also install a unit you have bought, if it is suitable.
