Terms

These terms apply to quotes, bookings and work carried out by Union Airconditioning Pty Ltd, trading as Union Air Conditioning (ABN 49 422 439 037), under NSW Fair Trading contractor licence 485846C.

Quotes

A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is given. After 30 days, prices may change and we will give you a new quote before starting any work.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, unless we agree different terms with you in writing beforehand. Any change to the agreed scope of work is quoted and agreed with you before we proceed.

Warranty

Our installation work carries a workmanship warranty — see the Warranty page for the current period and what is and is not covered. Units we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty as supplied with the unit, which we register at install where the manufacturer requires it.

Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work site. We will tell you before we arrive if anything more is needed to complete the job.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, tell us as soon as you can so we can offer the time to another customer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
